Welcome to Sol Therapy, where healing is not just a journey, but a profound exploration of authenticity and self-discovery.

With nearly 17 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I've dedicated my practice to serving historically marginalized communities. My journey, intertwined with my lived experience as a mixed-race LGBTQ+ community member, has deepened my capacity for compassion and empathy.

Throughout my career, I've witnessed a common thread among many of my clients and personal experiences—the pressure to work twice as hard to achieve success. This pressure often leads to burnout, exhaustion, and a disconnect from our authentic selves. The need for code-switching and masking to gain respect and advancement can take us further away from our true identity.

At Sol Therapy, we specialize in supporting recovering high achievers as they navigate their journey back to authenticity. We understand the toll that constant striving can take on mental and emotional well-being. Our approach focuses on healing from burnout, overcoming negative self-talk, and rediscovering the person behind the mask—the authentic you.

Additionally, we are passionate about supporting individuals, intimate partner relationships, and families towards trust and deeper connections. We understand the importance of nurturing meaningful relationships and the impact they have on our overall well-being.

It's time to reclaim your narrative, honor your truth, and embrace the fullness of who you are. Let Sol Therapy be your guide on this transformative path toward wholeness and fulfillment. Your journey to self-discovery starts here.
