Keisha has dedicated her career to supporting marginalized communities, with a special focus on people of color and the LGBTQIA+ community. Her work spans community mental health, juvenile probation, LGBTQ+ youth centers, and school districts, where she served adolescents and their families, honing her skills as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas (#63516) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Kentucky (#291300).
Beyond therapy, Keisha served as a Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Amazon, developing innovative DEI programs. Her commitment to inclusivity aligns with her mission to create spaces where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered on their journey to healing.
